SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Buyer shall be responsible for all freight, handling and insurance charges. Risk of loss shall pass from Seller to Buyer upon delivery to the carrier F.O.B. original.
RETURN POLICY
We offer an unconditional, 30-day, return-for-credit policy. Please call us at 856-456-7193 and a representative will give you a return authorization number. The return authorization number must be included on the outside of the shipping box, as well as in any paperwork relating to the returned product. The customer will receive credit in the amount equal to the return (minus shipping and handling costs). Packages without a return authorization number written on the outside of the box will be refused. Store labels and other adhesives must be removed from all packaging before being returned. All returned packaging must be in original manufacturing condition. Credit will NOT be authorized on any returned product that cannot be resold in original packaging.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Call us! We will assist in correcting this issue. All damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of receipt in order to make a claim. In the event of a dam-aged shipment, do not dispose of any packaging material or boxes. All claims will be handled as quickly as possible. When reporting a claim, please call our claims department on our toll free number for fast service. A call tag may be issued to pick up damaged merchandise, or the carrier will return to inspect the package for claims processing.
END USER WARRANTY
We stand behind all of our products with a 100% guarantee. If for any reason the product did not perform to design specifications, or is defective in material construction, we will replace the item for up to one year from date of purchase. Please be advised that installation errors, abuse, or shipping damage are not reason for an authorized return. Customers wishing to utilize this warranty must provide a copy of a dated receipt. Any product that is shipped to R7 Inc. must first be cleaned of any debris to allow for a proper inspection. Any product that is returned and has not followed the proper product care instructions (also clearly printed on product hang tag) will not be eligible for exchange. Please be advised that Custom Order Merchandise is nonrefundable.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING CONTAINED HEREIN TO THE CONTRARY, ALL LIABILITY OF SELLER UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR OTHERWISE SHALL BE LIMITED TO MONEY PAID TO SELLER UNDER THIS AGREE-MENT DURING THE SIX MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE EVENT OR CIRCIUMSTANCES GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY AND IN THE CASE OF DAMAGES RELATING TO ANY ALLEGEDLY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, SHALL UNDER ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, BE FURHTER LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY BUYER FOR SUCH PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL R7 INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CON-SEQUENTLIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES EVEN IF SELLER HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY THEREOF.
